Frequently Asked Questions

I charge a flat rate of 4,50€ for worldwide shipping, which is added at checkout. Shipping is free when you order three or more items!

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 2 days to 2 weeks
  • Worldwide: Delivery can take up to 4 weeks, depending on your location and local postal service

Please note that orders are sent via non-traceable shipping, to keep costs low and accessible. If you’d like tracked shipping, feel free to contact me before ordering and we’ll discuss the possibilities.

Customs duties, taxes, and fees (like VAT) may apply depending on the rules of the destination country, especially for orders shipped outside the EU. We don’t collect these charges, and they aren’t included in the purchase price. Any import costs will need to be settled with the local customs office. If you’re not sure what applies, it’s a good idea to check with them.

US Customers: For now, I’ve closed shipping to the US based on the new import fees (80$ from Denmark), which will be in place until February 2026. If you’d like to proceed with a purchase despite this, please contact me and I’ll open the shipping up for you.

Generally, due to the nature of my products, all sales are final and I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact me and we will work together to find a solution 😊

I carefully prepare and label each order, but once shipped, responsibility for a given parcel lies with the shipping company. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me and we’ll work towards an appropriate solution.
